Costs - Charging Policy

We endeavour to provide training at an affordable cost to local people.  Although initially the centre received full funding and courses could be provided free of charge this is no longer the case.

We have limited resources and therefore to share these as fairly as possible people are asked to contribute towards the cost of most of the courses provided.

Basic Skills qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy are currently still available free of charge.

Efforts are made to allow students to spread the cost of qualifications, as appropriate.

The exact cost of a course will vary greatly and so requires a personal discussion with centre staff.
